As a Senior Demand and Supply Planner at Restaurant Technologies, you will be responsible for demand and supply planning, developing and implementing supply chain strategies, and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. You will have strong experience using the Materials Resource Planning (MRP) functionality within an ERP system, preferably Oracle Fusion. You will drive progress through collaboration with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain.

Compensation:  

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus opportunity. Please note that the base salary will vary based on experience, geographic location and market conditions. 

 

Location & Travel:  

This position is open for fully remote work to qualified candidates located in the continental US. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently located in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area and are open to hybrid work arrangements. Anticipate up to 10% travel for business meetings; travel frequency may vary based on your location. 

Primary Job Accountabilities:

Utilize Oracle Fusion MRP for: 

  • Demand Planning: Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on usage trends, historical data, and installation schedules.
  • Supply Planning: Develop integrated supply plans by collaborating with repair, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of demand.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize Depot and Corporate inventory levels for the whole business to minimize excess/obsolete stock while ensuring sufficient availability to meet customer needs.
  • Utilize additional Oracle Fusion planning methodologies where appropriate including Min Max and Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Lead or participate in S&OP processes to align supply, demand, and business objectives.
  • Analyze and reconcile supply-demand gaps and drive scenario planning
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align forecasts and plans.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify risks and opportunities within the supply-demand network and recommend adjustments.

Performance Reporting:

  • Develop, analyze and present forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health reports and dashboards to senior leadership.

Additional responsibilities:

  • As assigned including supporting physical inventory activities.

Education, Requirements & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of demand and supply planning experience
  • 3+ years experience preferably using Material Resource Planning (MRP) functionality within an ERP system; or demonstrated understanding and successful execution of an MRP process outside of an ERP system
  • Excellent computer skills: Especially in Excel to aggregate/summarize large amounts of historical data and identifying trends or problems
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities: High sense of ownership and commitment to performance excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Finance).
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Principles: Knowledge of how demand impacts inventory, production, and distribution.
  • Business Acumen: Understand how market trends, sales strategies, and external factors impact demand.
  • Influencing Skills: Ability to challenge assumptions and build consensus
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APICS or CPIM certifications
  • 1+ years MRP experience within Oracle Fusion

Skills Required
