As a Data Scientist in our organization, you will play a crucial role in disrupting current business practices by designing and implementing innovative models that enhance our processes. You’ll design and implement advanced models that push the boundaries of AI, optimization, simulation, and machine learning. Your expertise will drive scalable, innovative solutions that combine:
Cutting-edge Operations Research (optimization, simulation)
State-of-the-art machine learning (tree models, deep learning, reinforcement learning)
Next-gen Generative AI and Agentic AI techniques to build dynamic, intelligent systems
Collaborating closely with our Data and AI Engineering teams, you’ll turn complex algorithms into robust, production-ready products deployed at scale in cloud environments. From exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to delivering actionable insights, your work will directly shape P&G’s competitive edge. Along the way, you’ll grow as a recognized thought leader—mentoring others, sharing your know-how, and quantifying your impact on real-world business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Invent and Innovate: Lead the design and development of cutting-edge data science and AI algorithms that challenge the status quo

Job Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's, Master's, and/or postgraduate in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Analytics, etc.)
5+ years of experience in Data Science or related field, with proven record of business impact. Doctoral level research involving the use or development of AI/ML techniques may be considered in lieu of professional experience
Proficient in programming languages such as Python and familiar with major Data Science/machine learning libraries like OpenCV, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, and Pandas.
Demonstrated ability to develop and test code within cloud environments.
Experience with large datasets and developing in cloud computing platforms such as GCP or Azure.
Experience applying analytic methodologies such as Machine Learning, Optimization, Simulation, and Generative and Agentic AI to real-world problems.
Familiarity with DevOps environments, including tools like Git and CI/CD practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others to take action.
Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH based office on a hybrid work schedule.
Preferred:
Agentic Development: Has experience developing and deploying AI Agents or agentic workflows in any of the major cloud environments.
Familiarity with cutting-edge frameworks and techniques: In this constantly evolving space, evidence of experimenting with the latest releases in foundational models, knowledge graphs, agentic platforms, and the broader AI field.
A commitment to lifelong learning, keeping up to date with the latest technology trends, and a willingness to teach others while learning new techniques.
Ability to influence the business by translating complex topics and techniques into concepts that non-technical people can understand and buy into.
