You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and IT) to design and implement robust, scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and lead transformation opportunities (automation, standardization, simplification), and drive them through design, build, and deployment
- Partner with IT and business teams to define requirements and deliver scalable master data solutions (S/4HANA, Informatica, integrations)
- Conduct root cause analysis on data issues, and implement sustainable fixes (not just corrections)
- Document and optimize business processes, workflows, and controls to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time
- Support audit readiness and compliance, ensuring strong control frameworks in material data processes
- Enable downstream processes such as BOM, MRP, planning, procurement, and manufacturing execution through high-quality material data
Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Master Data, primarily within the Material domain (preferred)
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Engineering processes
- Exposure to S/4HANA migration or transformation programs is a strong advantage
Tools & Skills
- SAP MM (Material Master) - strong functional expertise (views, lifecycle, dependencies)
- Informatica (IDMC / Product 360) - experience in MDM platforms and data governance workflows
- PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter or equivalent) - integration with engineering data
- Advanced Excel / Data Analysis - data validation, reporting, and insights
