What will you do?
- Design and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and integration tools (SSIS/ADF etc.) to enable efficient data ingestion, transformation, and integration
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex queries, views, and stored procedures in Snowflake/ SQL
- Ingest and process structured and semi-structured data formats from a variety of data sources
- Implement advanced data modeling, partitioning, clustering, and performance tuning strategies
- Integrate Snowflake with leading BI tools (Power BI) to deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Design and maintain scalable data architectures that meet evolving functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Assemble and manage large, complex datasets to support downstream analytics, dashboards, and machine learning workflows.
- Ensure compliance with global data regulations in accordance with the data strategy and cybersecurity initiatives
- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Create and maintain documentation for architecture designs, data models, and operational procedures
- Keep abreast of Snowflake updates, new features, and industry trends to continually enhance solutions and methodologies
What we look for?
- Minimum: Bachelor’s / Postgraduate/ Master’s degree in any stream
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as data engineer /analyst/architect or similar roles
- Strong programming experience in SQL or Python
- Knowledge of Snowflake Data warehouse and understanding the concepts of data warehousing including ELT, ETL processes and data modelling
- Competency in data preparation and/or ETL tools to build and maintain data pipelines and flows
- Strong knowledge of databases, stored procedures (SPs) and optimization of large data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills Required
- Bachelor's, Postgraduate, or Master's degree in any stream
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience as Solutions Architect, Data Architect, or similar
- Experience with Snowflake data warehouse and data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of ELT and ETL processes and data modeling
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration with Snowflake
- Competency in data preparation and/or ETL tools to build and maintain data pipelines
- Strong knowledge of databases, stored procedures, and optimization of large data sets
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
