Primary Responsibilities:
  • The Senior Quality Analyst will support the delivery of high-quality technology solutions for Sales and Distribution modernization initiatives, including employer, broker, enrollment, benefits, and API integration platforms
  • This role will develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases across web applications, APIs, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions to ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance
  • The analyst will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, architects, and offshore teams to validate business requirements and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems
  • Responsibilities include functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; supporting test automation efforts; identifying and tracking defects; validating data quality and system performance; and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • The role will also participate in Agile ceremonies, support release validation activities, and ensure solutions align with enterprise quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory expectations
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, quality engineering, or application testing, with experience supporting enterprise applications and system integrations
  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools, along with familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, defect management, and quality assurance best practices
  • Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience testing API integrations, web applications, distributed systems, and automated workflows
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, data validation, SQL, and performance or regression testing
  • Exposure to AI-enabled applications, workflow automation, or sales and distribution platforms

Skills Required
