About the role
As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing analytics solutions to drive excellent decision making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Insurance, and Finance stakeholders to deliver the right insights at the right time.
What You’ll do
- Drive data warehouse and business intelligence operations
- Manage the extraction, transformation, and visualization of data across the business
- Drive a data-first culture, working as a partner with Product, Insurance, and Finance
- Tell compelling data-drive stories to drive internal decisions and influence external partner
- Build and maintain robust operational, financial, and ad-hoc reporting
Who You Are
- A data professional w/ 5+ years of experience with technology companies that have achieved scale
- BA/BS degree or equivalent senior work experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Experience across the data pipeline - ETL, warehousing, and visualization
- Excellent collaboration skills, driving decision making with internal partners
Nice to have
- A background in insurance, insurtech, or financial services
- A passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth experience
- Looker or equivalent visualization experience
- BigQuery or equivalent warehouse experience
- Scripting language experience
