Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented HR professional focused on delivering exceptional value to business and our employees.
Candidate should
- be able to work with senior HR and Corporate leadership to propagate vision alignment, current state assessment, and strategy formulation in the workforce planning, organizational design and talent management space.
- be able to Collaborate with IT and business process owners to define, and/or enhance system requirements on applications that have employee as well as business touchpoints.
- Provide technical support for PowerBI/Tableau reports, dashboards or other tools. Leverage SQL queries to extract, transform and present data from databases
- maintain documentation of all the processes related to Data Analysis. Generate reports and obtain data to develop analytics on key performance and operational metrics.
- analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and correlations for business insights. Further provide data-driven solutions to support decision making.
- translate raw data into meaningful information using statistical techniques. Build visualizations on MS Powerpoint, PowerBi, Tableau that enable stakeholders to quickly interpret results from.
- Be able to adapt to change and also be able to impact enablement of transformations through effective change management
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience in workforce planning, organizational design and talent management space
- Advanced Excel know-how with experience in Statistical Methods/Predictive Analysis
- Data Reporting tools like Tableau/Qlik view/SSRS/Power BI to provide actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with either/or
- HR Strategy with eye on Workforce and Talent Development Planning
- Financial Analysis with C&B planning
- Process transformation for HR/Finance domain
