Content has the power to build brands, start conversations, and influence culture. We're looking for a Sr. Creative Associate (Copy & Content) who believes exactly that.
You'll work closely with strategists, designers, and account managers to turn briefs into ideas and ideas into communication that people actually care about. Whether it's a campaign, a reel, a social post, a script, or a brand narrative, you'll create work that's rooted in insight, driven by creativity, and aligned with business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead creative projects from brief to execution, ensuring high-quality output across formats and platforms.
- Mentor junior creatives by reviewing their work, providing constructive feedback, and helping elevate the team's creative craft.
- Strategize communication approaches and content frameworks rooted in audience insights, brand objectives, and cultural relevance. Conceptualize strong campaign ideas, brand narratives, and integrated creative solutions that effectively translate client briefs.
- Create compelling copy across campaigns, films, websites, social media, presentations, and other brand communication.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, account managers, and production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Pitch creative ideas confidently to both internal teams and clients with clarity and conviction.
- Review every deliverable to ensure it is strategically sound, on-brand, polished, and aligned with business objectives.
- Innovate by exploring new storytelling formats, AI-powered workflows, and emerging creative opportunities, while inspiring the team through collaboration, fresh perspectives, and a commitment to raising the creative bar.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in copywriting, content, or creative strategy within an advertising, branding, or digital agency, with a proven ability to deliver impactful creative work
- Portfolio: A strong body of work that demonstrates conceptual thinking, campaign development, and excellence across multiple formats and platforms
- Leadership: Proven ability to take ownership of projects, mentor junior team members, and consistently drive creative excellence
- Strategy: Strong understanding of brand building, communication planning, and integrated marketing campaigns, with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions
- Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in at least one additional language being an added advantage
- Expertise: Deep understanding of one or more industries, coupled with the ability to quickly adapt across diverse categories and brands
- Culture: A strong pulse on internet culture, consumer behaviour, social platforms, and emerging trends, with the ability to leverage these insights to create relevant and engaging work
- Judgement: Ability to challenge briefs constructively, ask the right questions, and make sound creative decisions backed by strategic thinking
- Ownership: Comfortable managing multiple brands, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality
