BASIC PURPOSEThe Sr Coordinator, Operations will enable distribution center operations by independently performing a wide range of office activities, responding to various inquiries and providing resolution to problems, and directly supporting warehouse and transportation leadership as necessary.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will work Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm ). Our Operations Coordinator earn an hourly wage based on experience level.

Main Ingredients of the Job!
As a US FOODS® Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Warehouse leadership team to comply with DOT requirements and division policies.
Great Operations Coordinators are crucial to the US FOODS® team and one of the important faces of our organization. Our Operations Coordinators strive for integrity and reliability while building trusting relationships with team members.
What you bring to the table
Education/Training:
- High School Diploma/ required
Related Experience/Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ clerical or other warehouse experience is required
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the department and the division
- Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally and have strong customer service ability with all levels inside and outside the organization
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload amid competing priorities
- Preferred experience in the following: SAE, Truck Builder, Red Prairie, Kronos, Road Net, XATA, Shopfax, Tandem, PowerDock, Checkpoint, Omnitracs, Airclic, equipment inventories, and warranties.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between 19.51 - 32.56 USD Hourly.
This role is also eligible for : overtime compensation.
