The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
Shift for this position is: 8:00am-4:30pm (or until completion), Monday-Friday.
What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health:
Business & Administrative Support is responsible for assisting general business operations by providing an array of administrative and data support activities.
Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
Responsibilities:

Creating and receiving PO's through Oracle

Monitoring timekeeping through Kronos to support and manage associate's time

Entering maintenance requests in Corrigo system

Creating badges for employees and managing visitor badge log
-
Managing the store front and associate facing areas
-
Maintaining and ordering office supplies
-
Supporting Operations Supervisors and Site Director
-
Supporting New Hire experience
-
Designated as the Site Security Coordinator
-
Supporting or leading as the site Safety Coordinator
-
Supporting and organizing weekly and monthly associate fun events
Qualifications:
-
3-6 years of experience in a related setting preferred
-
High School Diploma or GED preferred
-
Microsoft experience
-
Exceptional communication skills
-
Ability to multitask and move effortlessly between projects
