Role
Responsible for undertaking all processing activities including subscriptions, redemptions, conversions, exchanges, dividend activities etc including cash payments/receipts in relation to dealing activities. Manages projects such as strategic change management, new business/product initiatives, process re-engineering, and provides multi-disciplinary consulting service as appropriate. Technical experts without management responsibilities, seen as key advisors on significant business decisions. Keep abreast of changes to processes and market trends. Maintain regular contact with peers internal and external to firm, including regulators and professional organizations (as applicable to the role).
Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for overall coordination and running process level projects / initiatives and provide consulting services of probable process re-design, improvements and TA management information, including,
Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function
As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and -partners at a high technical level
Carries out activities that are end to end, cross-functional and technically difficult
Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
Conducts preliminary analysis and share findings
Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management
Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas
Achievement of monthly KPIs
Maximise scalability through the use of onshore and offshore locations and multi-function.
Escalation point for unresolved issues to the India TA team
Analyse monthly management information to understand where quality at team needs to be addressed
Sets partner objectives and monitor these and provides feedback through monthly one to one meetings
To work with the team, internal departments and group projects area on any allocated projects and implement changes in proposed new regulations and to ensure that all current requirements are met
Liaising with clients (home locations) regarding Service and Service Level Agreements.
Provides management and guidance to staff, fostering an environment which encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
Ensure that appropriate segregation of duties controls are in place at all times
Responsible for the development , recruitment, appraisals and retention of Partners
Fulfil all relevant and additional tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements
Analyse the MIS and provide quality input to the operations groups on improvement opportunity
