Title: Sr. Consultant Professional Services
Location: US - Remote
Travel: Occasional for sales support and customer visits (10-15%)
Position Summary:As a Senior Technical Consultant for the Accuris Knowledge Platform, you will be a pivotal player in delivering high-value solutions to our clients. This role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement and requirements gathering to the implementation, optimization, integration, customization, and ongoing support of our Technical Knowledge Platform in both on-premises and SaaS environments. You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex client needs into robust, tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting & Implementation:
- Consult on, deploy, configure, support, and validate the Accuris Technical Knowledge Platform across diverse environments.
- Analyze customer data repositories, information needs, end-user knowledge requirements, and work processes.
- Facilitate customer discovery sessions to identify gaps and opportunities for platform utilization.
- Define technical solutions, detail requirements, and outline the work needed to achieve client objectives.
- Evaluate client data sources and connectivity requirements.
- Support client IT departments in environment setup and configuration.
- Generate system design specifications and develop custom software solutions.
- Prepare, install, troubleshoot, and test final solutions within client environments.
- Lead remote and on-site product training sessions for users and administrators.
- Engage with clients on-site and remotely to assess data repositories, end-user needs, deploy and configure software, validate data source connectivity, and assess system performance.
- Pre-Sales & Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with Account Management to understand client knowledge management needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Participate in pre-sales meetings to present Accuris Technical Knowledge Platform capabilities.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions to understand client business and technical needs.
- Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and success criteria.
- Project Management & Delivery:
- Collaborate with Accuris Project Managers to document Statements of Work (SOWs) that accurately represent solutions and pricing.
- Ensure successful delivery of contracted services within agreed timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Participate in routine client project status meetings.
- Document all phases of the project.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with client IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Work effectively with internal Accuris teams.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in computer hardware, software, networking, or IT.
- 5-7+ years of experience in installation, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise-class software.
- Proficiency with Windows Desktop and Server environments.
- Working knowledge of networking, storage, security, access, and identity systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Understanding of PLM systems, SharePoint, or other content management systems.
- Familiarity with relational databases and practical SQL experience (a plus).
- HTML, Javascript, or general web development skills for UI creation (a plus).
- Development skills, Python, XML (a plus).
Other Skills:
- Highly self-motivated and independent.
- Familiarity with AI, ML, NLP, and LLMs.
- Strong client relations and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions independently.
- Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in support of strategic and large-value accounts.
Compensation/Benefits Information (This Section Is Only Applicable To US candidates):Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
