Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled AI / Data Scientist with a strong focus on Generative AI techniques, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector models, similarity search, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that will shape the future of our industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced AI models and algorithms, with a focus on Generative AI techniques such as RAG, embeddings, vector models, and similarity search.
• Leverage pre-trained models to accelerate business goals and enhance existing systems. Conduct similarity searches and enhance retrieval systems to improve data accessibility and usability.
• Understand and utilize open-source models, and know how to select the appropriate models for specific tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply them to solve complex problems.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly in the areas of RAG, embeddings, vector models, and similarity search.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning. Strong programming skills in Mosaic Framework, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation/Benefits Information:
Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $165,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan as well as comprehensive benefits.
