The Role:

Communication Manager Personal Workspace 

Location: Tokyo

The Communication Manager functions as a key role in driving the growth of key categories including Personal workspace through planning and executing 1. digital marketing, 2. influencer programs, 3. social media communication such as our own Facebook and promotional social network site, 4. digital media tie-ups with publishers and 5. PR activities including new product launch events . This position works closely with different functions including Category Managers, Business Group in headquarters in Lausanne and Regional Communication Team. He/she needs the integrated capability and should have a strong mind of ownership and self-motivation. Align with Management and category managers, set activity KPI and monitor progress and take necessary actions to meet category business objectives. This person need to manage agreed program marketing budget

  • Responsible for planning and executing ONL digital marketing with effectively utilizing digital agency to achieve agreed KPI’s

  • Manage our own social network site such as Facebook, and also external promotional social network sites such as Instagram and X  to effectively communicate the brand story to the target audience

  • Plan and execute influencer programs together with agency or direct such as Youtubers, and Bloggers to maximize awareness and understanding of Key existing products as well as new product launch

  • To achieve in depth brand and product communication, plan and agree with digital publishers for editorial tie ups.

  • Align with all stakeholders such as Business Group and Regional Communication team and Category managers, organize and execute NPI PR activities such as PR events, press releases and individual press briefing .

  • Set and align with management and category managers KPI’s for activities, evaluate performance and ROI for key programs, and conclude clear learnings as implications for future program developments

  • Manage agreed marketing budget quarterly

Your Skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing communication including PR, Digital and Social Media communication

  • Experience with YouTube / Influencer marketing

  • Consumer tech background fully preferred

  • Demonstrated consumer centric approach understanding customer preferences, attitudes and other factors for innovative solutions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence brand strategy to internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, both functionally and geographically is critical.

  • Team player – great communicator

  • Self-management skills and self-started attitude highly valued

  • English fluent verbally and written is a must

Skills Required

  • 4+ years of marketing experience in IT or FMCG
  • Strong marketing planning experience
  • Detail-oriented project management skills
  • Fluency in English; Greek and Hebrew a plus
  • Solid presentation and negotiation skills
