The RoleAspenTech is currently looking for a dynamic and energetic individual as a Sr Commissions Analyst focusing on sales compensation in our Operations Finance team.Your Impact- Participate in the calculation of the sales compensation program each month for Aspen’s global sales teams.
- Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Sales management team on compensation models, projections, and attainment.
- Support annual and quarterly Sales compensation planning process and
commissions reviews. - Distribute annual sales compensation plans.
- Report on performance v. Quota.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, quality, accuracy and timeliness of standard reporting.
- Deliver periodic reporting and analysis on Sales KPIs for Management reporting.
- Develop and build relationships with internal customers (Sales and Sales Ops) to resolve problems or answer questions or investigate and research to closure as needed.
- Assist in ensuring Internal Controls are adhered to.
- Perform complex ad hoc analysis as required in support of Sales or Finance Organizations.
- Support initiatives to improve our Sales Commissions processes, tools or
integration with new business lin
- 4+ years of financial analysis or data experience required, ideally familiar or
experience with sales compensation and analysis. - Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Power BI experience Required
- Experience with a Sales CRM system, specifically SalesForce, preferred.
- Experience with Varicent compensation management preferred.
- Organizational skills and change management for working with large quantities of data.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business
requirements; ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities. - Professional presence and demeanor required.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills are imperative.
- Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and organized to work in a virtual team environment.
