We are seeking a talented individual to join our Change and Tech Adoption team at Marsh McLennan (MMC). This role will be based in Cluj, Romania.

This hub is central to our digital strategy, addressing emerging challenges and enhancing service delivery through advanced technology solutions that empower our clients and promote sustainable growth.
In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of our global Change and Adoption team, driving the adoption of innovative digital solutions and fostering enhanced stakeholder engagement. Your contributions will help shape the future of our digital landscape and ensure a seamless experience for all users.
We will count on you to:
Identify and champion the adoption of digital solutions, actively supporting stakeholder engagement and implementing effective change management strategies
Design and develop user-friendly digital products, ensuring seamless experiences through interactive flows, sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
Create digital assets and solutions that leverage leading-edge technologies and AI for an optimal colleague experience.
Gather and analyze stakeholder needs to translate them into effective digital solutions, facilitating design sessions and visualization activities.
Demonstrate key features for audiences of colleagues
Track and report on project portfolios, including monitoring the adoption and usage of technology assets.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in creating engaging content and drafting presentations (academic or corporate).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Teams and familiarity with corporate tools like Zoom.
A passion for technology and AI solutions.
Fluency in both Romanian and English.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-country teams.

Prior Process Mapping or Project Management experience.
