We are searching for the best talent for Senior Commercial Marketing Manager - EMEA – Neurovascular.

Neurovascular is a key growth driver for the J&J MedTech business, operating in a fast growing and rapidly developing interventional neuroradiology marketplace.  As a business we have a close relationship and understanding with our customers and as a result, have a strong product portfolio today and a strong pipeline for the future.

Purpose: We have an amazing opportunity to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager. You will implement the Global strategy within EMEA, develop a deep understanding of the market and develop strong multi-channel plans to strengthen our market position. It will require close collaboration with the Global Strategic Marketing group. You will develop and lead marketing planning for EMEA and drive implementation through influencing, guiding and supporting the local teams, providing commercial direction, synchronizing business plans with demand plans, and developing positive relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing Neurovascular business strategy for EMEA to retain and grow market position working closely with the EMEA Business Lead and Global & EMEA marketing teams.

  • Deliver financial commitments for the Neurovascular product platforms.

  • Line Management of Neurovascular EMEA Marketing team.

  • Developing Neurovascular EMEA journey and entrance into future therapy and product category areas, for example MMA Embolisation.

  • Lead the implementation of world-class new product launches within EMEA, ensuring strategic alignment and a rigorous application of LEX processes and metrics to achieve sales and share growth targets.

  • End-to-end product management of established product portfolio (Access & Hemorrhagic) Analysis of market data and insights to drive decision making to balance short- and long-term business needs.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree in Marketing or related field.

  • 5-10 or more years of marketing or product management experience in Medical Devices or relevant healthcare markets. Experience within Interventional Neuroradiology field is beneficial.

  • Marketing planning and development of strategy and key tactics.

  • Strong project management experience with the ability to bring together multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Experience in product launches and market entry strategies.

  • Ability to connect and align with leaders and marketers across geographies.

  • A team player and independent thinker with the ability to coach, guide and develop others to reach their potential, achieving business results.
