Essential Functions
- Strong understanding of contract, commitment and transaction.
- Prepare closing statement; obtain invoices, and any title company documents required.
- Can work with limited escrow supervision
- Gain mastery of transactional accounting
- Strong working knowledge of Corporate and NCS policies and procedures, including wire fraud training.
- Actively participating in all Escrow Regional/national escrow calls
- Encouraged to further have an understanding of title, endorsements and the risk associated with that coverage.

- 3-5 years’ experience as an Escrow Assistant. Needs proficiency in more complicated residential transactions.
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
