Are you passionate about making a difference in patient care? We're seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Operations to lead the development of new processes and programs that directly impact patient safety and quality of care. In this role, you will partner closely with clinical leaders to enhance patient safety programming, improve provider quality initiatives, and optimize core functions within our Clinical Quality lane. Key responsibilities include developing new programs and processes that improve patient safety, ensuring our complaints and grievances are managed appropriately, and enhancing productivity through designing an effective quality consultation program. Required Qualifications
5-8 years in business or operational roles
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Experience working on cross-functional teams
Experienced working and leading with data
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience
Experience developing A/B tests or implementing new programs
Strong communicator that can help translate clinical requirements into business needs and goals
Project management experience
