As a Data and Channel Sales Analyst here at Honeywell, you will analyze and understand the performance of our distribution and partner channels by creating insightful dashboards and reports. You will make sense of the data collected from various sources including NEX (Salesforce.com), suggest and create the right KPIs, leading and lagging indicators, and provide actionable recommendations to improve the business, remove barriers, better understand historical performance and predict future performance.

You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer and you’ll work out of our Cairo, Egypt location.

In this role, you will impact the company's ability to effectively measure, visualize, and optimize channel and sales performance, contributing to Honeywell's position as a global technology leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and interpret channel and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize sales, customer, and channel performance data
  • Develop and recommend appropriate KPIs, leading and lagging indicators to measure channel and sales effectiveness
  • Make sense of data collected from NEX (Salesforce.com) and other sources to provide clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with channel partners and internal sales and marketing teams to remove barriers and improve performance
  • Close collaboration with the sales excelence team to support sales forecasting and performance measurement through data analysis and reporting
  • Predict channel and sales performance and market trends to support strategic decision-making
  • Continuously monitor and report on channel health, sales team performance, and overall effectiveness
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance data accessibility and usability

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience of at least 6 years in channel marketing, marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Experience in defining and tracking KPIs, leading and lagging indicators
  • High proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tool is a must
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com (NEX) data structures and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to communicate data-driven recommendations effectively to stakeholders
  • Experience in utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field (preferred)

  • Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry (preferred)
