The Opportunity
Do you have a knack for developing business intelligence analytics for Supply Chain? If so, join our amazing team! You will upskill our analytics to ensure a robust supply chain for a global market leader. Work within a talented team to develop insight/analytics for supply chain to influence business decisions for multiple products with Diagnostics.
Responsibilities:

Lead the BI effort as the embedded business intelligence expert on a high-visibility supply chain team where BI and analytics are championed as the key supply chain skills of our present and our future.

Collaboratively create the tools and dashboards that will unlock the team’s potential to proactively manage supply and enhance the customer journey.

Connect with a network of supply chain and BI professionals around the world to have real impact on our customers and patients.

Provide training via 1:1 collaborations or within a larger training session to further expand the teams’ skills.

Build robust, reliable, professional solutions and models by being able to take the proof of concept models from fellow team members (supply and demand planners and their leaders) and coach them into fit-for-purpose solutions or bring them to the next level into scalable, user-friendly, professionalized products.

Continue to self-develop and grow knowledge in Supply Chain.
Who You Are
-
Bachelor's degree in a Business, Scientific or related field such as Finance, Marketing, MIS, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
-
3-5 years of direct related experience as a Business Analyst (reporting, analytics, visualization and data management) in regulated or policy-heavy environment (e.g. diagnostics, medical devices, pharma, biotech, healthcare, financial services, legal, consulting, etc.).

Experience with SQL Server, Alteryx, Tableau, and Snowflake required.

Understanding of Supply Chain processes (orders, inventory, shipments, receipts, forecasts, etc.).

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Advanced analytical problem solving skills, attention to details, agile with a positive mindset.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana Base Pay Range $77,800 - $144,600 Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance, as well as participation in a long-term incentive program. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
