- This is a BA role with analytical
skills who can flex into some support directly to the scrum master
(backing them up)
- They are technical and can do
analytics, testing, reconciliation, data validation for migration projects
- EXCEL
formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot
- Advanced
Consumer Lending System (ACLS) and LeMans (Lease Management) are both
mainframe applications or alfa is a plus.
Scope:
Currently this
team is consuming 25 requirement documentations from various teams they need
someone who is seasoned and can facilitate meetings, elicit requirements from
stakeholders, someone who is not shy and can liaise across business units and
various teams

- This is someone who can work independently and find
their own way
- A critical thinker who can leverage resources on and
outside of their team
- This person must have strong people skills and be
highly collaborative
- This is part of the Spark project specifically the
portfolio conversion component
- Time management and work prioritization are essential
skills they need someone who can speak up if overwhelmed, ask
prioritization questions and be honest about their capacity and abilities
- Someone who is not shy it’s ok to not know something
but they need to be able to do so
- Someone strategic and tactical who can identify gaps
and articulate that to the team
- Someone highly collaborative, who has strong attention
to detail
- Is a do-er and listens, understands, asks good
questions
- They don t need loan or mortgage or auto retail
experience this can be trained
Foundational:
- Work directly with business partners to elicit and
write quality requirements; documenting business and system/data
requirements in user story format within ADO
- Build and maintain relationships with your assigned
team and corporate stakeholders
- Study and understand processes/subject areas for your
assigned team
- Perform requirements gathering / clarifications with
technical team
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders and
vendors to analyze business needs and work with teams on solutions
- Work with implementation partners to ensure a smooth
project / product teams go live(s)
- Lead assigned initiatives. Communicate status, issues
or risks to management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with technology teams, business teams,
vendors and subject matter experts to perform daily activities
- Serve as the conduit between the business partners and
the technical team through triage, research, requirements, testing, and
support
- Be accountable for properly following all IT standards,
processes and methodologies as applicable (including but not limited to
the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Quality Assurance practices,
etc.)
- On Call Support - Secondary (One week once every 3 - 6
months) - Connect with Sudhir to swap if pulled during critical PC trial
- Perform On-call Support on a rotating schedule (M-F
only, no evenings or weekends)
- Be willing to participate in On-call rotation and
perform validation of applications
- Accountable for managing and delivering the support
requests for assigned Business Unit and related JM Family requests. This
includes the planning, troubleshooting, solving, and communicating of a
variety of requests, incidents, and problems independently within multiple
areas
- Ability to produce SOP documents and be a change agent
in getting those produced SOPs adopted by Business and IT Users
- Leading the triage of Issue resolution and communicate
effectively with both Business and IT teams
- Ability to produce Business Requirements/User Stories
and working knowledge of working with QA Resources in coming up with the
test cases
- Cross-training to learn applications across the
assigned Business Unit application portfolio
- Learn the processes and tools needed to perform the
role effectively
- Identify the business impact of system issues and
facilitate communication as appropriate to stakeholders
- Engage and communicate with senior management as
appropriate
Specific to
Portfolio Conversion:
- Help PM capture and manage action items in ADO as
needed
- PI planning
- DMR business and technical takeaways
- Daily scrum
- Defect triage
- Non-SDLC tasks / mapping takeaways
- Identify improvement opportunities and follow up with a
RAPID as needed
- Develop process/data flows in Visio as needed
- Create SOPs
- Create test cases for manual UI validation, partner
with QA & Alfa as needed
- Collaborate with QA/IT to create test scripts for
regression testing
- Help with manual UI/data validation (as bandwidth
permits)
- Help research, log, and retest defects (as bandwidth
permits)
- Lead PC requirements elicitation, partner with other
SPARK teams (BA, BM, FL, Configuration Lead) as needed
- Identify need for PC placeholders in Alfa and manage
them trial over trial as needed
- (e.g., following up on configuration & code
refactoring, closing features/stories in ADO, communicating with BMs)
- Help Feature Lead create onboarding materials for new
testers
- Document Alfa UI path in DMR as needed
- Deliver Alfa UI demos as needed
- Serve as QA Lead backup to lead defect triage
Skills Required
- Azure DevOps (ADO) experience; manage Azure backlog and update Azure Boards
- Run Scrum standups and support/backup Scrum Master duties
- Write business and system/data requirements in user story format within ADO
- Analytics, testing, reconciliation, and data validation for migration projects
- Excel advanced formulas, VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
- Facilitate meetings and elicit requirements from stakeholders across business units
- Produce SOP documents and drive adoption with Business and IT users
- Create test cases for manual UI validation and partner with QA to develop regression scripts
- Participate in on-call support rotation (M-F only) as secondary on-call
