- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for healthcare projects—requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and sign-off.
- Conduct detailed AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear and structured business requirements (BRDs), functional requirements (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, clinicians, operations teams, and IT teams.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, JAD sessions, user interviews, and cross-functional meetings.
- Manage expectations, communicate project risks, and ensure timely decision-making.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, payer-provider workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements (HIPAA, FDA guidelines, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.).

- Work closely with project managers, architects, QA teams, and developers to ensure smooth and effective implementation.
- Support test planning, UAT coordination, and validation of delivered functionality.
- Ensure traceability across requirements, test cases, and delivery milestones.
- Contribute to project documentation, risk logs, and status reporting.
- 10+ years of total experience with at least 7+ years in the Healthcare or Life Sciences domain.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise-scale projects.
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare workflows, data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT), and regulatory environments.
- Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and propose practical solutions.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Office, BPM tools, etc.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong documentation expertise with attention to detail.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
