Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth process analysis and providing the subject matter expertise needed to identify key business capabilities and ensure successful project outcomes. You will join a dynamic organization dedicated to being a trusted strategic partner through optimization, standardization, and the delivery of enterprise capabilities.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to develop and propose innovative solutions, including system enhancements and process improvements that drive actionable insights.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Change Practitioners, and technology teams to document requirements and facilitate workshops that ensure project delivery aligns with organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards by creating comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user stories, and test plans to facilitate successful user acceptance testing.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Analytics and Reporting.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, solve complex operational problems, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
