About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies to drive growth and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.

What You Will Do

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and optimization
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business models to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Support the implementation and maintenance of our self-service analytics framework providing ELT, SLT, and Business Area analytics support
• Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Niche remains competitive and innovative

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ Years of experience in business analysis or related field, with proven track record of delivering impactful insights and recommendations
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience in the ed tech or saas industry is a plus

Compensation 

Our national target base salary range is $91,520-$114,400, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
