Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst in Execution Services IT, proactively collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and work with the technical team for delivery. Additionally, develop detailed project plan and timelines.
We are looking for an individual with a confident and assertive personality, with deep experience in Global equities trading.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and IT solutions.
Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects such as financial applications, CRM systems, and AI development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyses business requirements, map out processes, and work with the technical team for delivery.
Ensure solid alignment with key stakeholders, including business owners/users, project team, and vendors.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
Design and implement IT solutions to meet business needs.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Support enhancement projects and maintenance activities.
Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve related issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
5-8 years relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst / Solution Lead.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in English and Chinese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with AI development and CRM systems is a plus.
Hands-on Java and SQL.
Knowledge in Linux
Able to speak Mandarin and willing to travel to ShenZhen occasionally will be a plus
