Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Workspace Project Manager who can lead end to end modern workplace initiatives and drive the evolution of our digital employee experience. This role suits someone who combines strong project management discipline with deep understanding of end‑user technologies partnering with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, streamline processes, and deliver secure, scalable digital workspace solutions across the organization.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital workspace initiatives across endpoints, collaboration tools, identity, and modern workspace management
Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, manage stakeholders and provide timely escalations when needed
Coordinate solution design, project planning, timelines, risks, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution
Drive implementation of workplace technologies such as Windows, Intune, M365, and collaboration platforms, ensuring they meet security and compliance standards.
Manage vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear communication, and timely execution.
Monitor project performance, oversee testing/validation, and ensure smooth rollout and user adoption.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and contribute to digital workplace governance, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
Around 10 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably with exposure to digital workspace or employee experience programs.
3+ years of leading sizable technology projects, managing cross functional teams, timelines, vendors, and project budgets
Understanding of modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, identity platforms, collaboration tools, and endpoint management solutions
Experience analysing business requirements, defining processes, and translating needs into structured project deliverables
Strong problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations across technical and non technical teams.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple initiatives while maintaining project governance and documentation standards.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory

Skills Required
