Design and develop continuously regional and insightful set of reports/analytics of cost / distribution aligned with stakeholders needs for making better decisions on the business and driving quality self service
Provide guidance and ensure quality reports of: cogs variance monthly results vs standard cost, monthly actual std vs forecast std, actuals cost/distribution expenses vs last quarterly forecast commitment, relevant cost component trends such as raw material prices, overheads, etc, that aid the client’s understanding of business performance and trends
Drive self-service for stakeholders through training and development of materials to address inquiries and explain how reports can be used
When requested, prepare and deliver to the auditors, government entities, etc information related with production costs, cost of goods sold and inventory valuation
Ensure application of established financial controls within his/her area of responsibility by the effective implementation and maintenance of financial policies and instructions; and by the establishment, maintenance and audit of effective and reliable control procedures
Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements pertaining to LAO GBS SCH FP&A processes

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field
- 8+ years of experience in finance roles supporting Supply Chain / Operations
- Exposure to supply chain finance areas (materials, logistics, manufacturing)
- Strong experience in:
- Cost accounting (manufacturing, logistics, distribution)
- Forecasting (costs, distribution, expenses)
- Business analysis (not purely accounting profiles)
- Proven ability to:
- Generate insights from data (identify risks & opportunities)
- Perform variance analysis (forecast vs prior forecast / prior year)
- Strong stakeholder management skills:
- Ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience handling challenging conversations / pushback
- Demonstrated leadership without direct reports (influence-based leadership)
- Advanced data handling and analytical skills
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Office
- SAP
- Power BI (or equivalent BI tools)
- High level of ownership, accountability, and resilience
- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
- English level: Intermediate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in LATAM regional roles or multinational environments
- Experience transforming/simplifying financial or forecasting processes
- Experience working in dynamic / changing environments (high adaptability)
- Background interacting with senior stakeholders (Directors, Managers across LATAM)
