JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Greystar is seeking an experienced Oracle Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Financial modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Oracle Fusion applications across our global operations, including users in the US, Canada, APAC, Europe, and India. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong functional expertise, and a proactive support mindset to ensure the effective use and continuous improvement of the ERP system.JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for functional support and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Financial modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global regions to understand and prioritize business needs.
- Work closely with the IT and technical teams to drive issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Manage and coordinate change requests, including configuration updates and system testing.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation for enhancements and integrations.
- Participate in user training and onboarding related to Oracle Financial modules.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Support global time zones, with primary working hours aligned to US time (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst working with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- In-depth functional knowledge of financial modules, workflows, and standard business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
- Proven ability to document business requirements, use cases, and test cases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in global support models and working with cross-regional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud certification in Financials.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms.
