Job Description

  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advance scientific exchange and advocacy.
  • Translate field intelligence and stakeholder insights into actionable brand plans.
  • Lead the planning and execution of activities for assigned indications, including key messaging, promotional materials, and competitor monitoring.
  • Design and implement platforms aligned with the indication strategy for DME/RVO.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to align on go-to-market strategies and share best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in KOL management, project design and management.
  • experience in ophthalmology or specialty pharmaceuticals marketing is preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic agility skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in standard software applications
