JOB PURPOSE:
As the Brand Manager Apppetizers Brand Strategy & Mix development, you participate to the design of the appetizers growth strategy and its deployment focused on (but not restricted to) the FS & QSR channel. More specifically you lead the marketing mix development for the winning FS/QSR propositions inside our pipeline, develop and sign off final product design and build launch toolkits for the channel activation team. You actively support the Marketing Manager apps brand strategy and mix development in designing effective brand strategy wr. brand architecture & portfolio segmentation, and lead the development of content & assets for the launch projects you own.

Report to: Marketing Manager Apps Brand strategy & Mix development
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Participate to the brand strategy definition
2. Own specifically the following areas :

  • Innovation mix development : product development, packaging design, business cases consolidation in collaboration with Channel teams.
  • Lead development of validated customer bespoke projects (ie. development of products directly answering a customer brief)
  • Launch kits development to support customer engagement
  • Brand content and asset development


3. Ensure fruitful and efficient collaboration with the following teams :

  • Media & Digital Marketing
  • Channel Planning & Activation teams (esp. FS/QSR)
  • R&D team and the broader appetizer manufacturing & supply ecosystem (procurement, coman, MAE, supply, ...)
  • Global platform team within your project scope (Shared plates)


4. Collaborate with the advertising and design agencies on his projects
5. Follow innovation quality until launch, and signs off on final product design & execution
More specifically, you will be accountable for:
- Innovation launch performance of your projects
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1 st successful experience in category strategy development &/or innovation pipeline building
  • 3-4 years of experience in an FMCG company
  • Excellent communication skills, written & spoken
  • Very strong command of English language, written & spoken
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to drive engagement
  • Passion for food

  • Good management skills (within the company & external partners)
  • Ability to move constantly between a global vision and an attention to details.
  • Strong ability for problem solving at operational level whilst understanding the strategic framework he/she operates within.
  • Highly agile and solution provider to overcome daily challenges/hurdles enabling on time delivery of missions and tasks
  • Accountability on packaging development, identified brand assets and launch toolkit.
  • Accountability on product design in line with validated proposition
  • Accountability on : in market launch performance and flagging of course corrections when needed
  • Accountablility for effective budget management and tracking.
