Position Purpose:
Manage the execution of various projects to support the on-going THD Benefits Strategy and Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- 15% Identify, drive and participate in benefits strategy development and determining ROI for potential plan changes
- 20% Manage various projects end-to-end from development & documentation to implementation
- 5% Conduct competitive analyses as needed
- 5% Produce presentations for leadership team
- 10% Acts as a steward for the strategic vision, accountable for the integration of program/project work
- 5% Develop in-depth knowledge of THD business and develop a close working relationship with strategic business partners
- 15% Leverage trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify opportunities to improve existing practices and generate practical solutions
- 5% Engage colleagues by asking thought-provoking questions; maintaining an open-minded attitude to generate possible solutions
- 10% Under direction, manage vendor performance on an continuous basis
- 10% Provide guidance to Benefits Administrator on escalated participant issues, eligibility, reporting, and bill payment
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
- Typically reports to Sr. Manager, Benefits
- No direct responsibility for supervising others.
Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
