- Liaise with Compliance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design technology solutions that support regulatory and operational objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and feasibility studies on business requirements, and recommend aligned technology strategies.
- Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, test scenarios, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, vendors, and internal IT teams to deliver technology solutions.
- Participate in project planning, scope management, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute UAT plans, test cases, and defect management activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

- Working knowledge of SMARTS, LiquidMetrics, GoldTier, AxiomSL and ComplySci applications is a plus
- Good understanding of front-to-back trading / settlement flows in Investment Bank is an advantage
- Experience in data analysis is a plus
