Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!

This role supports both the small business and mid-market segments, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, SMB Field Marketing. You will develop, execute, and measure regional marketing plans to create awareness, build and accelerate regional sales pipeline, and engage with prospects and customers in the region. You will leverage your experience to deliver pipeline-impacting campaigns, events, and customer events.
In tight alignment with the SMB and Mid-Market Sales Managers and Directors, you will continually evaluate marketing programs against quarterly goals to ensure positive contributions to new business and expansion pipeline. You will act as the voice of the field, communicating directly to sales and removing obstacles. You will liaise with the Sales Operations team, launching enablement tools and providing feedback. You are accountable, not afraid to take ownership, and most importantly, ready to test and innovate your programs across the buyer’s journey. You should thrive in ambiguous environments, love multi-tasking, and have a deep passion for B2B marketing! You will also serve as a liaison back to greater TFB Marketing as a Regional expert and ambassador.

  • Work closely with sales to understand sales targets, identify potential customers, and coordinate marketing efforts to support sales initiatives. Participate in and contribute to weekly Director and Sr. Manager calls.
  • Identify and generate qualified leads through field marketing activities, digital demand generation programs with campaigns teams, to ensure accurate lead follow-up with sales teams. Be accountable for demand generation goals (MQLs/SQLs, appointments, opportunities) and lead flow/conversion to ensure lead volume and funnel efficiencies are optimized and in line with sales pipeline goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, think and act like a regional CMO to proactively identify gaps, trends, headwinds/tailwinds that impact the region, and incubate fresh ideas.
  • Responsible for lead forecasting as well as managing a marketing budget.
  • Track specific metrics like lead follow-up, lead conversion rates, and return on investment to measure the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven adjustments based on pipeline growth, conversion, and gap fill strategy. Provide voice of the field feedback on market, customers, and sales insights.
  • Establish strong and productive relationships with key partners in marketing operations, sales operations, sales, and partners to influence marketing activities.
  • Create and activate quality and relevant field marketing programs that drive customer love for the TFB brand and collaborate with sellers to leverage and implement.
  • Work with field sales to follow up and collect customer stories and references, working closely with brand and PR teams to develop them, and product teams to get feedback and use case insights.
