Job Description:
Reporting to the VP, B2B Marketing, this role will lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market omnichannel campaign strategies focused upon optimizing the customer journey from awareness to advocacy.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, build growth opportunities, and conversion across various touchpoints. Leveraging your expertise in data-driven marketing strategies and customer journey optimization, this role includes analyzing customer data to identify trends, crafting targeted campaigns that resonate with our audiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution on messaging and goals.
You will leverage tools and platforms to automate marketing processes, track performance metrics, and refine strategies based on insights to achieve specific targets. You will work alongside peers leading demand generation, product marketing, partner marketing, creative/copy and events to execute strategic campaigns to achieve pipeline and booking targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing campaign development and execution, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of aligning messaging to customer personas. You will be detail-oriented and highly organized, a creative thinker and strong writer with a passion for building relationships and driving measurable results!

What you'll do:

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies to deliver value proposition, positioning, and channels for optimal promotion across target segments
  • Lead and manage the design, coordination, and optimization of B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Understand the customer journey and how marketing efforts need to evolve to support growth and loyalty during key stages
  • Identify and promote consistent messaging strategies to target audiences through various marketing methods and channels including email, media, web and events.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies across various customer stages and personas to enhance customer engagement, retention, reactivation and win-back.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes, enhance delivery, and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
  • Work with demand gen to analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives, utilizing CRM tools and analytics platforms to deliver personalized and targeted communications throughout the customer journey.
  • Work closely with the core marketing disciplines - Creative, Site & Optimization, Media, Martech & Ops and External Communications - to ensure GTM strategies fall in line within holistic campaigns.
  • Define key performance metrics and develop reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns and track measurement through each customer touchpoint.
  • Partner with Customer teams to develop holistic strategies and campaigns to reduce customer churn and drive the strategy of customer communications to build loyalty
  • Work closely with client teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless customer experience
  • Set a standard for supporting a data-driven culture that relies on data to make decisions and reports out results regularly.

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree
  • Experience in B2B performance marketing experience, preferably within tech
  • A successful track record in Omni channel campaign creation and execution targeting multiple personas, segments and geographic regions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred


Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $100,900 - $124,500 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
