About the Team
Workday is building its team of professional services consultants across a wide range of experience and skill levels. This is a unique opportunity to join us. You'll join our Financial Systems Integration team, part of Workday's Financial Management implementation organisation. We build the integrations that connect Workday Financial Management to the systems our customers already rely on, covering processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, and Assets. We work closely with Finance functional consultants throughout each implementation, turning business requirements into technical solutions customers can depend on. It's a hands-on team where you'll build deep Workday Finance integration skills while learning directly from experienced consultants.About the Role
As a Sr Associate Fin Integration Technical Consultant, you help bring Workday Finance integrations to life. You'll work alongside senior consultants to build, test, and support integrations that connect Workday Financial Management with other systems, contributing to implementation projects across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, and Assets.
Responsibilities include:
Building and deploying Workday Finance integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
Supporting data mapping, transformation, testing, and reconciliation for integration deliverables
Partnering with Customer/ Vendors to understand business requirements and help translate them into technical integration solutions
Troubleshooting integration issues during implementation and escalating complex issues to senior consultants as needed
Creating and maintaining integration design and technical documentation
About You
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience in technical implementation or integration development (Workday experience a plus), OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as EIBs, Core Connectors, XML, XSLT, or REST/SOAP web services
Foundational understanding of Financial Management processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable
Other Qualifications
Growing technical acumen, with the ability to learn new integration tools and apply them to solve Finance integration challenges
Skilled at requirements gathering — able to help translate business needs into clear technical specifications
Organized approach to task and time management, able to balance multiple integration deliverables at once
