Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients (brand owners, manufacturers, importers, and distributors) covered under the EPR Law (RA 11898).
Promote EPR compliance solutions including plastic credit trading, waste recovery partnerships, and documentation support.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of EPR collection and reporting requirements.
Assist clients in preparing compliance reports for submission to DENR and other regulatory agencies.
Promote and sell recycled plastic products (e.g., PET flakes, rPET pellets, recycled resins) to local and international customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with converters, manufacturers, and trading partners.
Negotiate product pricing, volume, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure product availability, quality, and timely shipment.
Track market prices, competitor activities, and demand trends in the recycled materials industry.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for both EPR and recycled product sales.
Build a strong network among brand owners, recyclers, MRFs, and sustainability partners.
Represent the company in industry forums, exhibitions, and government sustainability events.
Collaborate with marketing in developing campaigns and materials promoting the company’s circular economy initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client activity, and market intelligence.
Monitor and track progress toward monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain updated client databases and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Logistics, Sustainability, Finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Ensure that all transactions align with company policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in recycling, waste management, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of EPR Law (RA 11898), circular economy, and plastic recycling processes is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
