Job Description / Overview
The Sr. Associate Marketing Technology is responsible for the implementation, administration and optimization of assigned marketing technology platforms to ensure effective user experience and value. They will develop the vision and roadmap for relevant technology
Key Responsibilities
- Translate end‐user perspective and stakeholder vision into features and user stories that drive platform roadmaps.
- Provide support for assigned marketing technology including systems administration, user management, configuration, training and help desk
- Partner with stakeholders and IT to establish, implement and prioritize roadmap for assigned technology platforms
- Define, maintain, and enforce best practices for Marketing Technology.
- Manage third‐party resources associated with assigned platforms
- Monitor and drive platform adoption
- Facilitate and engage in the development and writing of test plans and use cases. Performs user acceptance testing as needed. Develop technology platform KPIs and monitors performance Establish and document technology standards, workflows and integrations
Knowledge/Experience/Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 5+ years administering marketing technology including one or more: Marketing Automation, Digital Asset Management, Content Management Systems, Sales Enablement, CRM, Analytics, and Workflow/Resource Management. Preferred platforms including one or more: Eloqua, Accent, Sitecore, AEM Assets, WorkFront, Microsoft Dynamics and Google Analytics
- 3+ years of experience in marketing technology or media platform operations with a demonstrated ability to manage and optimize business and technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape and the practical application of technology to achieve Marketing goals.
- Fluency in the languages of both technology and marketing
- Experience building custom marketing technology blueprints and roadmaps
- Experience managing strategic partner and/or agency relationships
- Anticipate risks, and demonstrate sense of urgency, ability to resolve issues with limited supervision
- Detail oriented
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with Stakeholders, IT and vendors
- Professionally curious‐‐desires to learn more about the business and grow in knowledge and capability within the organization and industry; asks why
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‐technical audiences
