About The Opportunity
Grubhub is looking for a solutions-oriented problem solver focused on driving positive business outcomes to join our Integrations & Solutions team within the Merchant Network organization. The Integrations & Solutions team collaborates with internal and external partners to find and implement solutions that enhance key KPIs surrounding efficient and successful order flow. As Grubhub continues to grow, the Integrations & Solutions team will also continue to evolve in how we best support our customers and partners.
This position requires cross-functional collaboration with teams like Product, Engineering, and Finance to build and enhance API-based integrations, including supporting new features and long-term technical health initiatives. You'll facilitate new feature development to bring stability and growth to the platform. Successful candidates will possess strong project management skills, a comfort with APIs and technical concepts, and exceptional client-facing communication abilities, coordinating all stakeholders and managing day-to-day activities while maintaining a long-term strategic mindset.
The Impact You Will Make
- Project Management: Own the full project lifecycle for new features and integrations, from initial scope and testing through full scale. This includes leading technical meetings, tracking KPIs, resolving roadblocks, and maintaining the project plan.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on Grubhub's integrations to partner with merchants and gather technical requirements, ensuring their success on the marketplace.
- Strategic Planning: Simultaneously manage both short- and long-term strategy, proactively mitigating risks and using data analysis to ensure merchant health and drive desired business results.
- Analytical Thinking: Weigh the impact and prioritize multiple technical initiatives to optimize integration performance and align with strategic goals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Effectively manage cross-functional partnerships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (internal and external) to drive project success.
- Technical Synthesis: Clearly translate complex technical and operational details for diverse, non-technical audiences, including status updates, blockers, and project information.
- Problem-Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve project challenges and issues using critical thinking skills.
- Stakeholder Advocacy: Build trust and establish credibility across the organization to advocate for projects and initiatives, often through executive-level presentations.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical implementation, project manager, associate product management or consulting role
- Proficient problem-solver that approaches challenges with a positive and solutions-orientated mindset
- Proven ability to operate with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication, and strong group facilitation skills. Good listener, capable of understanding complex technical issues, and translating them into an appropriate solution
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and scope requirements for enhancements
- Proven record of successful implementation of largescale, technical projects
- Strong documentation and process mapping abilities

Base Salary
Illinois: $97,000
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
