About The Opportunity
The Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing development and optimization of our Salesforce.com environments. The successful candidate will have a record of success in enhancing processes, driving user adoption, and fostering continuous improvement for the Salesforce.com platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform and connected tools. The administrator should work with the development team on shared stories where both admin and development work are involved and collaboratively work and finish the tasks assigned.
The Salesforce Administrator will assist the Merchant Network Operations team with Salesforce configurations, support, and maintenance.
The Impact You Will Make
  • Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environments
  • Handle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flow, automation, and other routine tasks
  • Technical administrator for Account Engagement (Pardot) maintenance and data management
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds, connected tools, and integrations
  • Create Salesforce.com Reports/Dashboards and related training material

What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years of experience in the Salesforce Admin role
  • Technical Skills:
    • Salesforce platform administration certification
    • Understanding of Salesforce software development lifecycle
    • Must have: Comprehensive admin experience for Account Engagement
    • Nice to have: understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. Experience with CI/CD dev ops is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership
  • Passion for creating a frictionless end-user experience
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Strong data management abilities

Base Salary
Illinois: $86,500 - $97,000
New York: $96,000 - $108,000
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
