The Senior Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of the end-to-end in year and strategic growth plans for the Clif Builders portfolio. Working with cross-functional global and regional teams, you will support the implementation of portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives.
How you will contribute
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning experience, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Help lead, analyze, and support the delivery of business plan and actively participating in the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP)
- Support brand portfolio management and lead commercialization/launch plans for renovation, business critical projects, PPA, and sustainability - including post launch tracking.
- Facilitate the development and execution of the integrated communication, activation, and media plans, maximizing media ROI, and working with internal and external media partners.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the brand which include developing and managing the organic strategy, overseeing all brand owned sites (website, e-Comm, etc.) and managing the budget.
- Analyze Builders brand performance, competitive brands, and category dynamics in order to deliver actionable insights.
- Provide inspiring leadership to both the brand team and cross-functional team members and help to manage priorities and deliver on goals.

More about this role
Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
Job specific requirements:
- 2+ years of progressive experience in Brand Marketing, working with large CPG brands
- Creative and innovative mindset, ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Demonstrated understanding of the retail landscape/working with retail accounts (partnership, joint business value creation, etc) Below the line Marketing experience: selling stories, long-term strategy, consumer activities, forecasting/gap closure activities, IBP process, and operational marketing activities
Travel requirements: Approx. 1-2 business trips per year
Work schedule: This is a full-time, hybrid role based in East Hanover, NJ with in-office expectations of minimum 2 days per week.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
