    Job Description:
     We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer – Fraud Management to provide end-to-end support for our fraud management platforms and related services.
    You will be responsible for incident resolution, system maintenance, deployments, upgrades, and operational stability across multiple environments. This role requires close collaboration with business users, clients, vendors, and internal technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
    Responsibilities:
  • Provide 24x7 support for Falcon Fraud Management applications and PYTL solutions. 
  • Provide end-to-end support for Falcon Fraud Management platforms across Production, UAT, and SIT environments, ensuring maximum availability and operational stability. 
  • Own and manage incidents, problem resolution, root cause analysis, and service requests in accordance with agreed service levels. 
  • Plan and execute application deployments, upgrades, patching activities, configuration changes, and disaster recovery exercises. 
  • Develop, maintain, and support PYTL jobs, reporting solutions, and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service reliability. 
  • Monitor application performance, proactively identify risks or issues, and implement preventive measures to ensure system health and resilience. 
  • Act as the technical focal point for fraud platform support, coordinating with business users, clients, vendors, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders. 
  • Support onboarding of new clients, system enhancements, business requirements, and production readiness activities. 
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge base articles, and support runbooks to ensure effective knowledge transfer and service continuity. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities and driving automation, standardization, and operational excellence. 
  • Participate in on-call and out-of-hours support activities to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical fraud management services.

    Experience/ Skills Required 

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

    Experience: 

  • 6-8 + YEARS of Extensive experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Technical Operations within banking, financial services, or fraud management environments. 
  • Hands-on experience supporting Falcon Fraud Management or other fraud monitoring tools like “ SAS Fraud Management “applications across Production, UAT, and SIT environments. 
  • Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, deployments, system upgrades, Linux patching, and disaster recovery (DR) activities. 
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, Unix/Linux, and automation scripting. 
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, release management, and deployment pipelines using tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket (Stash), and SourceTree. 
  • Experience in developing and supporting PYTL jobs, reporting solutions, and data processing workflows. 
  •  Knowledge of banking, payment, and fraud management systems. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

    Knowledge/Skills:

  • Falcon Fraud Management or SAS Fraud Management and fraud operations. 
  • SQL/PL-SQL, Unix/Linux, and data analysis. 
  •  CI/CD, Bamboo, Bitbucket (Stash), SourceTree, and release management. 
  • Application deployments, patching, and disaster recovery (DR). 
  • Incident management, production support, and root cause analysis. 
  • PYTL development, reporting, and automation. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Documentation, process improvement, and teamwork.
