Sr Android developer

Job Summary:

The Senior Android Mobile Developer is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Application Development IT initiatives, including ongoing enhancements and third-level support. This role contributes to regular releases of custom mobile applications for Android platforms and supports enterprise projects impacting various lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom .NET business systems for internal business partners and external clients across different geographic locations.
• Manage projects using development tools/languages such as C#, Android mobile development, Xamarin, .NET MAUI, and more.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in Terraform, Azure DevOps, pipeline creation, and Azure functions.
• Develop fluid UIs for mobile, web, and desktop applications.
• Implement mobile push notifications using Google Firebase and Supabase.
• Create requirements and design documents, update User Interfaces, perform unit testing, and support QA and System Integration.
• Collaborate with application Architects, QA Analysts, and Business Analysts to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Write and apply unit/regression test automation scripts to all application code to ensure successful coverage.
• Use Team Foundation Server for source control.
• Consult with Business Analysts to gather information about program objectives, functions, features, and requirements.
• Partner with Business Analysts to interpret use cases and design technical specifications.
• Create and maintain stored procedures.
• Adhere to key departmental operating procedures around governance, project management, software lifecycle management, change management, and application security/controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
