Position Overview:
The Sr. Analyst, Value Chain Transformation plays a key role in supporting Value Chain performance by leveraging data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing & Logistics. The Sr. Analyst translates business needs into system and reporting solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Drive data-informed decision-making by translating business needs into scalable analytical and system solutions.
- Identify process and system gaps, generate actionable insights, and partner cross-functionally to enhance operational performance.
- Analyze business requirements to uncover opportunities for process, system, and performance improvements.
- Build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel and SQL to monitor KPIs and reveal trends.
- Leverage SQL and Python to work with large, complex datasets for deeper analysis.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize systems, improve data quality, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, data models, and reporting logic to support scalability and long-term success.

- Strong analytical judgment and technical proficiency are essential
- Certifications in Data & AI considered an asset.

Salary Range:
