The Senior Analyst, Talent Planning & Analytics, will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Planning & Analytics within the Talent function. This role supports workforce planning and analytics initiatives by delivering accurate reports, generating meaningful insights, and maintaining data integrity. The position provides analytical support to Talent Business Partners and Centers of Expertise (COEs), focusing on producing clear and actionable insights. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively and communicate findings in a clear and collaborative manner.
Job DescriptionREPORTING & ADVANCED ANALYTICS (50%)
Generate regular reports and dashboards to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop presentations and summaries that offer clear insights to Talent leadership.
Assist Talent and Centers of Excellence (COEs) by analyzing data outputs and translating metrics into meaningful insights for people-related implications.
Utilize data visualization techniques to make insights comprehensible and easy to interpret.
DATA ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL ENABLEMENT (15%)
Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support Talent priorities.
Assist in building and updating data pipelines or integrations as needed, collaborating with enterprise data teams.
Utilize automation wherever possible to enhance efficiency and minimize manual work.
WORKFORCE PLANNING (35%)
Assist in workforce planning cycles by ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness.
Perform headcount and cost variance analyses, as well as support forecasting discussions.
Conduct variance analysis (plan-to-actual) to improve the tracking of personnel costs.
Serve as a key user for planning systems, providing updates and assisting with system maintenance.
Offer data-driven support to Talent, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Finance teams to align workforce metrics with business priorities.

Additional Information3-5 years of experience in human resources, workforce analytics, or an insights-driven role.
A solid foundation in statistics, mathematics, or analytics, with experience in applying advanced methodologies to address business challenges.
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, and the capability to work with large and complex data sets.
Experience in building and maintaining data models, pipelines, and reporting solutions.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for tasks such as data manipulation, statistical analysis, and forecasting.
Strong ability to effectively visualize complex data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, tailoring outputs to suit both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity and comfort with working on financial data and forecasts.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and in a way that is accessible to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
