  • Own the end-to-end social reporting process, including data collection, validation, visualization, distribution, automation and continuous improvement.
  • Independently design and automate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting workflows with clear controls for accuracy, reliability and timeliness.
  • Build, maintain and enhance scalable dashboards that give social teams and leadership timely access to performance, audience, trend and risk insights.
  • Develop automated trend detection and competitive analysis workflows that surface material changes, emerging topics, risks and opportunities without relying on manual analysis alone.
  • Integrate data from social management, listening, platform-native, web analytics and BI tools using available APIs, data connectors, exports, transformations and other appropriate methods.
  • Establish and monitor data-quality standards, definitions, documentation and governance so reporting is consistent, traceable and trusted across global and regional teams.
  • Act as the point person and subject-matter expert for social analytics, dashboards and reporting workflows, advising stakeholders on metric selection, interpretation and responsible use of data.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations and actions that improve social content, campaign planning, audience engagement, brand protection and operational decision-making.
  • Proactively identify reporting gaps, manual processes and inefficiencies, then define and deliver practical automation solutions with minimal day-to-day direction.
  • Create stakeholder-friendly resources, guidance and training that enable teams to learn from insights and use dashboards effectively, while maintaining appropriate governance and controls.
  • Analyze social performance across owned, earned and paid activity, connecting social outcomes to wider marketing and business objectives where data allows.
  • Lead ad hoc analysis for campaigns, events, incidents and business questions, balancing speed with data integrity and clear communication of limitations.
  • Partner with technical, marketing, content, regional and risk stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize enhancements and ensure reporting solutions remain relevant and scalable.
