Principal Responsibilities:
- Review and approve deal pricing in Salesforce quotes, ensuring structure, terms, and discounting align with policy, and negotiate directly with sales reps to land on optimal pricing fast.
- Drive stakeholder approvals, coordinating with Finance and sales leadership to secure timely sign-off on non-standard or complex deals.
- Analyze margins and pricing trends to flag risk and recommend corrective action before deals close.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards giving visibility into pricing, approval cycle times, and margin health.
- Drive process automation, remove friction from the quote-to-approval cycle, and manage related sales support cases.
- Train and enable sales reps on pricing policy and Salesforce quoting, building a strong cross-functional network along the way.
Skills:
- Hands-on proficiency in Salesforce (CPQ/quoting preferred) and Power BI.
- Strong grasp of margin analysis and the financial mechanics of a deal.
- Confidence to negotiate with sales reps professionally, even under time pressure.
- Sharp attention to detail and a bias toward automation and process improvement.
Education & Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, pricing, or revenue operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
