The Role

What Research Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Our team provides real world evidence based primarily on physician-led chart review studies. These can be retrospective or prospective observational studies within our networks for various diseases. The Sr. Analyst, Research Operations (Qualtrics Programmer) will be at the center of the process, focusing on teamwork around case report forms (CRF) and the creation of electronic case report forms (eCRF) for data abstraction using various tools and scripting languages.

Location / Hours - Fully remote (candidates can sit anywhere nationwide, though it is expected that the individual will work regular business hours in whatever time zone they reside)
Responsibilities

  • Highly involved programming, technical retrospective chart reviews and cross-sectional projects utilizing the Qualtrics platform as well as others
  • Assist with the development of healthcare data collection and Case Report Forms (CRFs) or Electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs)
  • Program, provide QC testing, and review data validation of projects

Qualifications

  • Ideally targeting individuals with 1-4+ years of Qualtrics platform experience (specifically with a background building surveys), highly preferred
  • Experience with electronic data collection (EDC) tools such as RAVE/Medidata, DataTrak/Fountayn/Medrio, and/or REDCap programming, a plus
  • Healthcare and/or real world evidence experience, a plus
  • Ability (or prior experience) as a proven contributor in a remote work capacity, a plus
  • JavaScript and/or HTML (scripting languages) experience, preferred
  • Targeting a critical thinker and problem solver who is willing to work with team members effectively
  • Targeting an individual who is detail oriented and a self-starter, able to work in a dynamic team environment

Anticipated Pay Range $67,500.00 - 91,100.00 USD
