Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and conduct on-site assessments for new lines, product extensions and new equipment.
- Evaluate and improve existing business tools to drive efficiency in the onboarding processes
- Support commercialization activities
- Monitor, track and report corrective actions and timing of follow ups from each assessment
- Review copacker HACCP plans for compliance to Kraft Heinz External Manufacturers Food Safety & Quality Expectations manual
- Communicate business risk to cross functional business partners
- Schedule and lead Platinum Rule phone assessments
- Communicate business risk to cross functional business partners
- Factory, EM or Supplier Assessment (e.g., QRMP, Platinum/Golden Rules) or Audit Support
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Quality experience within food or CPG preferred
- Plant quality experience in one or multiple food factories
- Regulatory Compliance familiarity with USDA, FDA or CFIA preferred
- Food Safety / Microbiology preferred
- Understanding of the procurement processes

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
