We provide the full spectrum of technology consulting services to help state and local agencies meet operational and program needs that enhance the lives of their user base.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business process understanding, and collaborative problem-solving skills to ensure ERP platforms effectively support organizational goals and operational excellence

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides analytical services and supports the development of project work products.
  • Analyzes client requests for proposals and provides development support for proposal responses
  • Ensures quality work products are delivered to clients
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment
  • Ensures communication among all key stakeholders
  • Provides IT job duties which include Business and Technical Leadership, System Analysis, Code Development, Software Engineering, or other similarly skilled computer-related work as needed

  • Experience supporting one or more industry-recognized ERP platforms, including SAP S/4HANA (preferred), SAP ECC, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, data management, reporting, and enterprise application development.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and modern integration technologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP technologies such as ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, CDS Views, OData Services, and SAP Integration Suite is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in large-scale ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT service management best practices.

Working Conditions

    • Office Setting

    This position is hybrid with travel/onsite requirements. To be successful at PCG, you must:

    • be available during your set working hours
    • have a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete your work, and
    • be able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties

    Compensation:

    Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.  As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave

    Range: $75,000 - $95,000
